Contacted Avon water services regarding a potential leak within my boundary new the bathroom area.

Richard was very quick to reply back and agreed to visit the next day.
Josh came and carried out a survey to my property and I was then contacted by Richard to confirm that I definitely had water leaking from underneath my slabbed area next to the wall.

He gave me two options of repairs which I agreed. During my conversation with Richard I felt I was in good hands as he made me feel at ease, explaining every detail of work to be carried out. The knowledge he has is awesome.
A few days later my repair was carried out to an absolute sterling standing, John and Callum were both brilliant.

I can now hear a pin drop from my bathroom without hearing the sound of leaking water (hissing very loud previously)

Richard offered great advice to start with, walked us through the process of how they would carry out the work. On-site Richard and his team were very efficient and ‘held our hand’ through the process of works and implementation.

They even advised on some extra work that would benefit our house and carried it out free of charge. Also, they didn’t fit another element which was originally quoted for as an easier/more efficient way was found and kindly discounted the final invoice.

Top marks to Richard and his team – if only all workmen were as honest and diligent.

We had a water leak in our cellar for several months, which appeared to be getting steadily worse.

We gave Avon a call, and they replaced our old lead pipe water supply, and also repaired a broken sewer pipe under our back yard. Now we have a dry cellar and lead-free drinking water.

They always seemed polite, friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices seemed fair and matched the estimate they initially gave us.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and although I hope we don’t have any more water leaks if we do they’ll be the first people we call!
