Richard Scott is the Director of Avon Water Services and has over 30 years of experience working within the UK water and wastewater industry as a consultant.
Throughout his career, Richard has worked across water supply networks, leakage management, lead pipe replacement, new water connections and water infrastructure projects. Before founding Avon Water Services, he spent over 15 years with Severn Trent Water, where he managed water network operations, commercial services and new connection projects. This first-hand experience provides a detailed understanding of water authority requirements and industry standards, helping Avon Water Services deliver compliant solutions as a Severn Trent approved contractor.
Richard set up Avon Water Services in 2015, helping property owners to resolve underground water supply issues. His expertise covers leak detection, water pipe installations, lead pipe replacement, emergency pipe repairs, trenchless installations and underground water infrastructure projects, with a focus on delivering practical solutions while minimising disruption.
